If you purchase paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices and payment terms are provided at the time of purchase. SideStarter reserves the right to modify pricing or payment terms at any time, with notice as required by law.
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
SideStarter may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination, including those related to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
SideStarter reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this document will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
